How to Obtain a UAE Residence Visa through an SPC Free Zone Company

Step 3: Upon approval, the e-visa allows you to enter the UAE. If already in the UAE, a change-of-status application is filed. After entry or status change, you must complete a medical fitness test and apply for the Emirates ID within 30 calendar days.

Three passport-sized photographs of the shareholder(s) with a white background (head and shoulders visible, dark clothing, no jewellery or eyewear, no teeth visible)

Step 4: After receiving the medical test results, proceed with the biometrics process for the Emirates ID.

Step 5: Residence visas are issued. Note that visas are no longer stamped in passports; the Emirates ID serves as official residency proof.
